We ship NZ-wide using Team Global Express, our trusted delivery partner.
Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on where you are in the country.
We’re a South Island–based business, so orders heading out from here often move pretty quickly.

Delivery Timeframes

  • South Island: Usually super quick — most parcels land within 1–2 working days.

  • North Island: Allow a little extra time due to the Cook Strait shuffle — typically 2–3 working days, sometimes a touch longer during busy periods.

Dangerous Goods

Some of our products are classed as Dangerous Goods (DG). These items require special handling and can take slightly longer to ship.
Team Global Express manages these safely, but please expect:

  • A small handling fee

  • Potentially an extra day added to standard delivery times
